Reception

Our reception is open to the public from 8.00 to 12.00 am and from 1.00to 6.00 pm.

Last check in 5h45 pm.

Our receptionists are at your disposal to provide information on the life in our camp site, on Vallon Pont d’Arc and its surroundings and to reply to any query you may have to allow you to settle down in our camp site in the best conditions and to fully enjoy your holidays.

At reception you will find a wide variety of information to allow you to explore the gastronomical, sporty and tourist pleasures of the region …

– Addresses of restaurants
– Agenda of the local markets
– canoeing, canyoning, horse riding….. and many other activities
– Tourist sites worth visiting, tourist information, agendas of events…
– hikes and walks……

Additional services at reception:

– Lending of iron and ironing table
– Postal service, posting and receipt of your post
– Sales of tokens for washing machines

STAY CONNECTED

You can enjoy a free connection to our WiFi on the terrace of the bar-restaurant from 08.00 am to 10.30 pm.
A telephone cabin is at your disposal 24/24 . it accepts telephone cards and bank cards.

Grocery store – Food

Why go without on holiday?
Start your day in ideal conditions, enjoying a crusty fresh loaf and savory pastries for breakfast.
(Do remember to reserve your bread and pastries the night before).

At our grocer’s, which is open from 08.00 am to 12.00 pm, you will also find fresh drinks, jams, cakes, washing powder, essential supplies for breakfast…

You will find a major supermarket at only 800 meters from our camp site for your main shopping. It is accessible on foot or on bicycle.
